Barry Bonds Ties Babe Ruth

Non-hockey but sports worthy.

Barry finally hit #714 of his illustrious career. A great feat by any stretch, by any player. The steroid thing might get in the way, but roids alone cannot make up for the ability to hit inside curve balls, changeups, cutters, 100 mph fastballs so close to the knuckles, the rest of us would have hooks for the rest of our lives.

Barry Bonds is a great player. Of course, I put up the Pirates picture, because if that skinny freak can do it. So can you. And who knows how many thousand of homeruns his Pirates HR buddy Bobby Bonilla would be at now if he was on the junk?

It's still Hank Aaron, who won't be touched without Barry on the roids. The forgotten man in all this, and the greatest HR hitter of all time.
